The Deluxe Double Room offered a bright and spacious environment that I truly appreciated. The mini-bar was well-stocked, allowing for a nice selection of drinks, and the toiletries in the bathroom were high-quality. I enjoyed the powerful shower and the little touches like a shoe horn and sewing kit added a thoughtful flair. WiFi worked flawlessly throughout the hotel, making it easy to stay connected. Housekeeping did an immaculate job every day, ensuring the room remained tidy and comfortable. there were a few bumps during my stay. Check-in was a bit disorganized, and I was initially asked to pay for spa services I didn't use, which required the manager to sort out. Breakfast was good but lacked clear labeling on dishes regarding ingredients and allergens. two small single beds were pushed together instead of one double mattress, which created an uncomfortable gap. those nuances detracted from what could have been a perfect experience.

i stayed in torun before, but bulwar exceeded my expectations. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially with room needs like extra sockets. the location is perfect for exploring the vibrant old town just a few minutes away.
